About my work
Light becomes form.
Light inspires my work. I combine classical aesthetics with contemporary function and a love of blue and white.
I experiment with materials and techniques to develop thin-walled porcelain vessels.
Strong women. Individual voices.
Portraits of African women are a focus of my work. Their gaze and bearing convey dignity and self-confidence. Drawing and hand transfer printing give this presence a place on porcelain.
